About the Project, Its Goals and History
Since 2008, an opportunity has been offered to explore and utilize the Technology of Scientology for the process of piritual growth and the rehabilitation of man's abilities. You have the chance to receive both online auditing and professional training.
To ensure the highest technical integrity and the achievement of consistent results, the processes are led by a strictly structured team. This team consists of over 30 independent Auditors with various levels of experience - from beginners to high-class professionals. The Auditors' work and training are supervised by Supervisors and a Chief Case Supervisor, who oversee all cases to ensure the auditing process proceeds according to the original LRH technology. Training is led by Class Supervisors, who are specifically trained to manage student learning. Two training groups are organized: one operates on weekends under the supervision of four Supervisors, and the other operates on weekdays under the guidance of one Supervisor.
Currently, the project actively audits more than 150 people (Preclears) from various countries around the world - approximately 60% from Russia and 40% from Europe, the USA, and other regions.
Since 2025, services have been available in English, Russian, and Latvian. We have expanded the provision of auditing services in Europe, the USA, and elsewhere globally.
The concept of "New Civilization" was introduced by Captain Bill Robertson in 1974. The name "New Civilization Game" reflects the understanding that life itself is a Game, and every Thetan is a Player, not just a piece trapped by the influence of fear or suppression. True Freedom begins when a being sees the walls and walks through them, rising above control and becoming a Cause in life. As OTs, we apply our case success - through auditing, training, and action in real life - to create a world based on understanding, not fear. This is the goal of the New Civilization: the Fourth Dynamic (the game of humankind), where beings take responsibility for creating a free and sane planet.
The platform operates independently of the state or any other subordinate structures. Everyone is given the opportunity to freely choose - to continue or discontinue any process. Individual choice and action are entirely in the hands of the person themselves.
Historical Context of the Project:
L. Ron Hubbard was the principal developer of the Technology, which was advanced from 1950 to 1990. He did not work alone - he was assisted by researchers, Auditors, Supervisors, and administrators who refined both the auditing techniques and the organizational structures. Mary Sue Hubbard, his wife, was responsible for the Guardian's Office and legal matters. John McMaster was the first person acknowledged as "Clear. "David Mayo was Hubbard's Senior Case Supervisor and participated in the development of later auditing techniques. Other significant early Auditors and administrators - Ray Kemp, Otto Roos, Reg Sharpe - also made vital contributions.
Captain Bill Robertson, a former high-ranking Sea Org member, established the Free Zone after Hubbard's withdrawal from public life. He continued Hubbard's work, developing additional OT Levels beyond OT-8 and refining the practice of Free Zone Scientology. He collaborated with other former Scientologists, including independent Auditors and researchers. The approximate number of people who participated in the development of Scientology Technology numbered in the hundreds - including Sea Org members, administrators, and Auditors.
These "missionaries" arrived from the Central Galactic Sector (Sector-0) with the mission of freeing Earth and adapting this technology to our planet. Approximately 75 million years ago, Earth experienced a nuclear catastrophe that caused a significant degradation of spiritual beings (you can read more about this in the book ''Revolt in the Stars'').
The Technology encompasses thousands of different processes. By going through the Bridge, the Thetan gradually achieves spiritual freedom, and the Auditor is the one who helps navigate this path of transformation.
